The terms that apply when you order ahead for pickup or local delivery.

Agreement to terms

By placing an order with Libo Coffee, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t place an order.

Ordering, pickup, and delivery

Orders are prepared to order for pickup, or for local delivery inside Chino Hills, CA during active delivery windows. Pickup times and delivery availability are shown at checkout and may change based on order volume.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout and processed by Square. Prices, availability, and menu items may change without notice.

SMS messaging terms

By providing your mobile number at checkout, you consent to receive transactional text messages about that order (confirmation and pickup/delivery status). This consent is not required to place an order by other means, and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, START to resume, or HELP for assistance.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@libocoffee.coffee if you need to cancel or change an order. Once preparation has started, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our ordering, pickup, and delivery service evolves. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
